Windermere Neighborhood Committees Established
Voting for newly established Windermere HOA Neighborhood Committees is concluded, with each neighborhood now represented!
Neighborhood Committees have always been a part of the HOA governance structure, but for unknown reasons were never established. They play a critical role in the amendment of Windermere Covenants and By-Laws, and offer a useful connection for residents and homeowner association leaders to collaborate for the improvement of our community.

The first joint meeting of Neighborhood Committee members for orientation and discussion of suggested changes to Windermere Covenants and By-Laws will take place June 29 at the Ball State Fishers Center in the Nickel Plate District.
