Mailbox appearance is a very noticeable element of our community. It is one of the first features visitors see when they enter and it reflects the quality of our community.
Mailbox maintenance, repair and replacement is the responsibility of each home owner. To help ensure a uniform, well maintained community appearance, the Windermere HOA has established the following guidelines*.
