The annual Windermere HOA statements have been mailed and assessments are due (payable) on January 1, 2017. Payment options are by mailing your check with the payment stub from your statement or you can pay by check or credit card via the Associa web site. Note that payments made via the Associa web site will incur a convenience fee from the processor which can not be waived.
Don't be late - the fee for not making your payment on time has increased to $50.00 this year.
