URGENT - If you see kids near the ponds or on the ice covered ponds, please immediately call the Fishers Police Department Non-Emergency number at (317) 595-3300 or 911 (for emergencies) and report the situation.  The HOA has already made contact with Fishers Police and asked them to remove any person(s) on or about the ponds.  They will respond to Windermere homeowner calls.  It is important to understand that it is not safe to be on ponds no matter how thick the ice might be and we want to make sure our kids are protected from any tragedy.
