Reminder of Windermere HOA and Fishers Parking Restrictions:
No parking on sidewalks — even if the curb isn’t painted, you must not park on a sidewalk
No parking in front of or immediately opposite any driveway (public or private) — this includes opposite another parked car if it leaves less than 18 feet of travel lane clearance
Intersection/crosswalk buffer: No parking within 20 feet of an intersection or crosswalk
Stop sign/signal buffer: No parking within 30 feet of a stop sign, flashing beacon, or traffic-control signal
Fire hydrant buffer: Must be more than 15 feet away at all times
Driveway buffer: Must leave at least 18 feet of roadway between two parked cars on opposite sides of the street
Sidewalks: Even if they cut through your driveway, you must leave them clear
