Windermere Pool members.
The HOA was notified today by Aquatic Management of Indianapolis (AMI) who is our contracted pool management company, that the pool was closed today by the health department because the weekly water test results had not been submitted to the health department as required. AMI utilizes a 3rd party lab to collect, test and submit water tests to the health department.
As soon as the test is completed and clear results are submitted to the health department, we will be able to reopen. It could take 24-48 hours and we will post News here when we have a definite pool reopen time.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused our pool members and the Windermere Dolphins Swim Team. We have already communicated to AMI that this is totally unacceptable along with a few other opening issues at the pool.
