Mailbox Guidelines
Annual HOA Meeting:
The Annual HOA meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 1st at the Fishers City Hall starting at 7pm. The address is 1 Municipal Drive, Fishers, IN 46038. The Board of Directors and community manager will review the annual budget, projects for the year and answer any questions you may have.
Windermere Recycling:
Republic Services is now offering all Windermere residents a special preferred, direct billed rate of $18 per quarter on Republic Recycling services.
Note: Your normal trash pickup is already included in your annual HOA fees. This is an additional service that is billed directly to the customer by Republic Services.
Just ask for the "Winderemere $18 Special Rate Recycling" and refer to the coupon provided by Republic (click the link).

UPDATE: Oct. 18, 2016 - There seems to be conflicting cost infomation being given by Republic Services. We are verifying the exact cost with our Republic representative. Please check back here for correct cost clarification.
UPDATE: Oct. 24, 2016 - The Republic Services Sales Representative for Windermere has updated us that:
"Our system was updaed this morning and the correct services: HOA pays up to 3 trash carts per home - individual resident pays for recycle at $18.00/quarter."
Those who have already signed up for recycling with Republic Services at a different rate will most likely be getting a call from Republic to correct their account.
Monthly HOA Meetings:
HOA meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at the Hearth of Windermere in the private dining room starting at 7pm (unless otherwise posted). Homeowners are encourged to attend and discuss any issues or concerns they have before the Board of Directors begin their meeting.
Retention Pond Algae Bloom
Homeowners, we are aware of the recent algae bloom in the retention ponds due to the very warm weather. Our pond vendor will be treating the ponds very soon to clear this up.
Pool Update
Home Owners: The 2016 Windermere pool will close for the season on Labor Day weekend.
Details to follow.
2016 Community Sale dates set:
Spring: April 29 & 30, 8am to 2pm
Fall: September 9 & 10, 8am to 2pm
Signs will be posted at each entrance the Sunday before the sale.

Holiday Decoration Reminder
Annual HOA Assessment fees are due January 1st of each year and are considered later after January 31st
Past Due HOA Assessment fees are subject to late fees and collection.
