AMI mailed a Welcome letter to all home owners on November 15th which contains your login details to their home owner payment portal.  If you did not receive this letter in the mail, simply call or email to receive another copy. 

 

AMI mailed the annual HOA billing statements and payment coupon on December 1^st with a due date of January 1^st.  Please join us at our annual meeting on December 4^th at 7pm to meet Dana and for a review of the past year, discussion about current projects and a Q&A session.  The meeting will start at 7pm so please join the Zoom call early to allow time for home owner check in.
