The Windermere HOA has received numerous complaints about e-bikes and e-scooters at our community park and around the streets of Windermere. While they can be fun to ride (in a responsible manner), we have received reports of harassment, dangerous riding behavior, damages to our sports courts and found that many of the riders don’t even live in Windermere.
The Windermere HOA is engaging the Fishers Police Department to enforce the Fishers Loitering Ordinance. You may see the notice below posted or handed out at our park. Parents, if your child rides an e-bike or e-scooter in Windermere, please advise them of the potential dangers and of penalties associated with Fishers Ordinance 132.01.
