Windermere hosts two community yard sales each year. The Fall sale will take place September 11 and 12. Signs will be posted at main entrances the week of the sale, and those hosting sales are encouraged to post their details on social media.
Scheduled community yard sales offer focused times where visitors can benefit from multiple sales taking place at the same time, while simultaneously minimizing disruption and traffic for neighbors. Unauthorized yard/garage sales are prohibited by Windermere Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions Section 13.28.
