With Spring approaching and the “Honey Do” list ever expanding, this is a reminder that any exterior changes to your home or to your lot require an application and HOA approval prior to starting your project. When submitting your application, please review the guides available on the Documents page of our web site. If your application is incomplete, it’s the policy of the HOA to deny the application and ask you to re-submit with the needed additional documentation. Don’t be discouraged, that’s just the process we use to ensure the review committee members have everything they need to make a quick and informed decision about your project.
