In early December, your Windermere 2023 annual assessment invoice was mailed with a due date of January 1, 2023.
If you have not received your assessment invoice or you have misplaced it, please contact KMC for a replacement.
Your payment must be received by January 31st to avoid a late fee. If you are mailing your payment, please allow sufficient time so it is received before Janaury 31st. A postmark on or before January 31st is not sufficient to avoid a late fee, it must be received by the 31st.
