Windermere HOA Approved Replacement Lamp Fixtures
It is the homeowner’s responsibility to make sure posts and fixtures are an exact match to the original Windermere style / design. Lamp fixtures should use a soft white light bulb. LED light bulbs are recommended due to their energy savings and long life and should be in the 2700K to 4000K color range.
The original manufacturer of the yard lamp fixtures and posts used in the Windermere community is Hanover Lantern. (See bottom for additional notes)

Light bulbs should be soft white or LED bulb with a color temperature of 2700K to 4000K.
Colored light bulbs are not permitted under any circumstances.
