2020 Windermere Pool Memberships are now open! The Windermere HOA Board of Directors has suspended offering a limited number of pool memberships to our surrounding communities. These communities include Bradford Knoll, Cumberland Ridge Estates, Tremont, Quaker Ridge, Collingswood Estates, Runnymede Estates, Hawthorn Hills, Sawgrass, Hillsborough and Fox Run. Verified non-residnet members of the Windermere Dolphins Swim Team may also purchase a membership. Non-resident membership sales will begin on May 1st.
This year, resident pool membership passes may be mailed for an additional fee or may be picked up at the pool starting on Saturday, May 23rd at 11am. An adult member should bring their emailed membership receipt and a photo ID to pickup their membership cards. The photo ID address must match the membership address.
All non-resident memberships will be mailed to the address on the application.

NOTE: Payments made by credit card are processed by Square, Inc. and Windermere does not receive or store any credit card information. Your checkout and payment is secure.
Admittance will not be allowed without your pool passes.

ATTENTION: If your Windermere account is delinquent or if you have open violations on your account, you will not be permitted to purchase a pool membership until those are satisfied.

Please allow at least 3 business days for your pool membership order to be processed and delivered to the pool for pickup.

Proceed North on Windermere Blvd. to the 4 way stop and turn Right into the Windermere Park
