2025 Windermere HOA Pool Memberships are now open! A limited number of non-resident membership sales will begin early May and verified non-residnet members of the Windermere Dolphins Swim Team may also purchase a membership in early May.
A couple of reminders for 2025:
1) All pool membership packages will be mailed to your home address and include a processing and mailing fee. Membership packages will not be avaliable for pickup at the pool.
2) There is no longer an option to pay by check online. If you wish to pay by check or can't place an order online, there will be an on-site sales day on Saturday, May 24th between 11am and 1pm at the pool. During this time you can order on-site and pay by credit card, check or cash. Your membership package will then be delivered to your home address within 3 days after you place your order. This will be the one and only time you can pay by check or cash.
Payments made by credit card are processed by Square, Inc. and The Windermere HOA does not receive or store any credit card information. Your final checkout and payment are processed on the secure Square site.

BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER:
If your Windermere account has a balance due or if you have open violations on your account, your pool membership order will be placed on hold and not processed until those are reviewed and satisfied. Please confirm your account is in good standing before placing your order. Contact AMI if you have any questions.
NOTE: Monday, May 19th is the last day to purchase and ensure membership package delivery before opening day. Please allow 3 days for processing plus mail delivery time via USPS. As a reminder, your membership cards are required for entry to the pool area. The gate attendant will only allow entry using your membership cards.
