The 2020 annual Windermere HOA assessment remains the same as last year at $515 which also includes your trash and recycling service for 2020. There was a slight delay in preparing the annual bill for mailing due to our management company change, but they have been mailed. If you do not receive your assessment within the next week, please contact KMC to verify your address and request a duplicate.
