If you have not paid your annual HOA bill yet, time is running out. On February 1st, a late fee of $50 will be added to your balance due.
Your annaul HOA payment can be paid by check and mailed using the remittance slip attached to your annual bill. If you would like to pay online by E-check or Credit/Debit card, there will be an additional fee charged by TownSq / Associa. Please note that any fees charged by TownSq.io are not set by Windermere HOA, Inc. and are not collected by Windermere HOA, Inc. Refer to your annual bill for complete details.
If you did not receive your annual HOA bill in the mail, please contact the Windermere HOA Board Of Directors using the button at the left so that we may review this with the management company and ensure you receive your copy.
