Windermere Home Owners,
We are aware of service issues with Republic Trash and rumors that the HOA account is delinquent. These rumors are false. We have a fixed contract with Republic Services until the end of 2023 and ALL contractual payments have been made ON TIME. Upon researching the matter with Republic, it appears their system was recently updated with incorrect billing data which was not checked against our written contact. Rest assured the BOD and KMC Management have been in direct communication with Republic management about the inaccurate information being given by the Republic customer service representatives. Weekly service issues are another matter we are continuing to work with Republic on.
As always, if you have any questions on need any information, please contact KMC, our property management company. Homeowners are always welcome to join the BOD volunteers at the monthly meetings to discuss any issues or concerns you may have. Meetings start at 7pm on the third Monday of each month.
