As we ramp up Spring maintenance, repair and improvement projects to our homes, this is a reminder that contractor signs, advertising signs and business signs are not permitted (per CCR’s Section 13.4) within the Windermere community.
Standard real estate “For Sale” signs are permitted and political signs are permitted (per Indiana Code 32-21-13-3 and -4 ) beginning 30 days before and ending 5 days after the date of the election to which the sign relates.
