This is a reminder that Windermere HOA 2024 Assessment payments are due now and will be late if not received (not just postmarked, but received) by Wednesday, January 31st. Account statements with payment coupons were mailed in early December. If you have not received your 2024 HOA Assessment Statement, contact our AMI Property Manager, Dana Stout at (317) 915-0400 or by email at dstout@indyami.com Don’t delay, after January 31st any accounts with a balance due will receive a $75 late fee, even if it’s a small balance due.
Payment options:
- Mail your check to P.O. Box 6210, Fishers, IN 46038 (must be received by Janaury 31st)
- Drop off your check in person at 9099 Technology Drive, Fishers, IN 46038, 9am to 5pm, M-F
- Pay online* by visiting portal.indyami.com (homeowner access details were mailed in mid November)
If you were setup for auto pay or auto draft with the previous management company, you must setup a new auto pay through the AMI homeowner portal.
