Fellow Homeowners,
The board would like to update you on some developments effecting our community. At the annual meeting last Fall, the board heard complaints from homeowners about the lack of service from our current management company, Community Association Services of Indiana (CASI). The complaints and comments were not a surprise to the board. Over the past year, CASI has placed four different community managers at Windermere without prior notice to the board. These transitions caused numerous management performance issues with our community. The board tried without success to give CASI the opportunity to cure and correct these issues.
Last December, the board began investigating options with other management companies. After interviewing several companies and narrowing the field, we are happy to announce that the Board of Directors has chosen Kirkpatrick Management Company to begin management of the Windermere HOA beginning June 1st.
The board truly feels this move is in the best interest of the Windrmere community and will empower the board to better manage our community and comply with our Bylaws, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Please bear with us as we transition to Kirkpatrick over the next several months. We look forward to a new lever of service for Windermere!
