If you are planning on marking any exterior changes, additions or modification to your home or lot, they required HOA approval by the Architectural Review Committee. These include color changes to your roof, exterior paint changes or any other exterior appearance change. Approval is simple, just download and complete the ARC form and submit it to the management company. The ARC form is in the Documents section of our web site.
