You may have noticed this sign at the pool check-in desk:
“New Policy: At the 50 of every hour, everybody (including adults) must exit the pool for 10 minutes.”
We're working on this with our contracted pool management company. Their attorneys have indeed advised them to execute the 10 minute break each hour, in lieu of adult swim time, due to legal actions elsewhere under the Federal Fair Housing Act. We are reviewing options/alternative solutions. While working urgently, we don't have timing for resolution at this point and appreciate your patience as we work to confirm next steps.
