2023 Windermere HOA Pool Memberships are open! For the first time in over 5 years we are forced to increase membership fees to help cover the increased labor and operating costs of the pool. Non-resident membership sales will begin early May and verified non-residnet members of the Windermere Dolphins Swim Team may also purchase a membership in early May.
A couple of changes for 2023:
1) All pool membership packages will now be mailed and include a processing and mailing fee.
2) There is no longer an option to pay by check online. If you wish to pay by check, there will be an on-site sales day May 27th between 1pm and 3pm at the pool. During this time you can purchase on-site and pay by credit card, check or cash. This will be the only time you can pay by check or cash.
Payments made by credit card are processed by Square, Inc. and Windermere does not receive or store any credit card information. Your final checkout and payment is secure.

BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER:
If your Windermere account has a balance due or if you have open violations on your account, your pool membership order will be placed on hold and not be processed until those are satisfied. Please confirm your account is in good standing before placing your order. Contact KMC if you have any questions.
