This year, in an effort to meet the financial obligations of our HOA pool, the Windermere HOA Board of Directors has decided that if our membership goal is not reached by May 1st, to offer a limited number of pool memberships to our surrounding communities. These communities include Bradford Knoll, Cumberland Ridge Estates, Tremont, Quaker Ridge, Collingswood Estates, Runnymede Estates, Hawthorn Hills, Sawgrass, Hillsborough and Fox Run. Non-residnet members of the Windermere Dolphins Swim Team may also purchase a membership. Non-resident membership sales begin on May 1st.
This year, pool membership passes will NOT be mailed and may be picked up at the pool starting on Saturday, May 26th at 11am. An adult member should bring their emailed membership receipt and a photo ID to pickup their membership cards. The photo ID address must match the membership address.
Questions, concerns or issues:
Please allow 3 business days for your pool passes to be delivered to the pool after purchase.
Admittance will not be allowed without your pool passes.

The pool will close early at 4pm for Windermere Dolphins home swim meets on these dates:
Tuesday June 5th, Tuesday June 19th and Thuresday June 21st
Sunday, July 15th the pool will close 1 hour early at 6pm for the Swim Team year-end party

(age is determined as of the opening day of the pool)

Proceed North on Windermere Blvd. to the 4 way stop and turn Right into the Windermere Park
