The Windermere HOA Annual Assessment bills were mailed during the first half of December. There is no increase in your assessment or fees over last year. Payment in full is due January 1, 2019 and will be considered late if not received before February 1st. If you are mailing your payment, please allow sufficient time for it to be received before February 1st. A $50 late fee will apply to accounts not paid in full before February 1st. Don't wait until the last minute!
Your annual HOA payment can be paid by check and mailed using the remittance slip attached to your annual bill. If you would like to pay online by E-check or by a Credit Card / Debit card, there will be an additional convenience fee charged by TownSq / Associa. Please note that any fees charged by TownSq.io are not set by Windermere HOA, Inc. and are not collected by Windermere HOA, Inc. See below for complete details.
If you have not received your annual HOA bill in the mail yet, please contact the management company to confirm your mailing address and they will be able to email you a copy of your bill.

A $50 late fee is added to the account. A "Reminder Notice" is sent to the homeowner requiring full payment. |
March 1, 2019 | An "Overdue Notice" with a $50 late fee added is sent to the homeowner requiring full payment. |
April 1, 2019 | A "Final Notice" is sent to the homeowner requiring payment in full withing 15 days. If payment is not received within the allotted 15 days, the account is turned over to the HOA attorney for immediate legal action and filing suit. A $95 property management company collection fee is added to the account. This notice is sent by certified mail. |
April 15, 2019 | The delinquent account is turned over to the HOA attorney to begin pursuing collection at the owner's expense. The costs of collection, court costs and attorney's fees are added to the homeowners account as they are incurred. |
