The Fishers Board of Public Works permit hearing for the two locations in Glenn Abbey has been rescheduled to December 13 at 9am. The Windermere HOA attorney continues to work with the Fishers City attorney and Verizon officials.

The outcome of today's Fishers Board of Public Works permit hearing for the two locations in Glenn Abbey: the board listened to oral arguments made by the Windermere HOA Attorney, HOA Board and from several Windermere homeowners. The board tabled approving any permits for Windermere until the City Attorney, Windermere attorney and HOA Board can review the arguments made. The next Board of Public Works is scheduled for two weeks from today. Thanks to all the home owners who showed up and made comments online. We still have more work to do, but at least we presented a powerful and united front today!

The Fishers Board of Public Works permit hearing for the two locations in Glenn Abbey is still scheduled for 9am on November 4th at the Fishers City Hall Auditorium, 1 Municipal Drive, Fishers, IN. ALL homeowners are encouraged to attend the hearing to voice their opinion and comments about the towers. Keep in mind this permit hearing is for the first 2 of over 20 tower locations that will be placed curbside (between the street curb and sidewalk) within our Windermere community, posibbly next to your home. It's important that as home owners, tax payers and voters, we make our position known.
The Windermere HOA Board has placed two mock-up tower bases in the two Glenn Abbey locations so home owners will have a better visual understanding of how the 5G towers will look in our community. These mock-up bases show the foot print of the towers which are 24" in diameter and 7 feet tall. The actual tower with add another 30 feet in height. Please drive by and check them out as you might have one in front of your home soon!

The Fishers Board of Public Works permit hearing for the two locations in Glenn Abbey has been rescheduled to November 4th.
The Windermere HOA Board will be placing a mock-up of the tower base in the two Glenn Abbey locations so home owners will have a better visual understanding of how the 5G towers will look in our community. Expect to see these in the next week or so.

To ALL Windermere home owners
The City of Fishers will be reviewing and approving permits for Verizon 5G cell towers WITHIN the Windermere Community. The first two approvals, which are located in Glenn Abbey, are scheduled for October 11th or 12th. Windermere is scheduled to receive around 20 of these towers, all within the community.

NOTE - these towers are 24" in diameter at the base, 35+ feet tall and will be located in the grass strip between the sidewalk and street edge.
