Now that Winter is officially here, it is more important than ever to keep our streets clear for traffic, deliveries, snow plows, salting trucks and most importantly, emergency vehicles! Please do not utilize the street for routine parking of your vehicle. This will also help prevent any possible damage that might occur by parking your vehicle in the street. As a reminder, the Windermere Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) also state that vehicles should only be parked in garages or driveways – not in the street. The City of Fishers have Ordinances regarding street parking as well.
If you are a Windermere resident and have observed other homeowners using the streets for routine parking that is creating a hazard, you can anonymously report the street address so appropriate action can be taken. Just use the "Contact Property Management" button to the left.
