Have you received a violation letter about your lamp post or lamp fixture? If so, chances are your lamp fixture is not the standard fixture that was originally installed with your home by the Windermere builder / developer. The HOA requires your lamp post to be functional and consistent with the original design of the Windermere community. If your lamp fixture has been changed to a style that is not consistent with the original design of your neighborhood, it will need to be replaced.
Also, please check that your lamp is functional at night and has a soft white bulb installed.
